Plan the recurring arrangement, not only the first visit
Describe how the property will be used over the coming weeks and any days that differ from the normal pattern. Review cleaning, supplies and access alongside the proposed equipment. A longer booking should have a clear service contact and a process for changing the arrangement.
Clarify the period and the final handover
Ask how the quoted rental period and billing are defined. Confirm how an extension or collection is requested, including access if the venue or property closes between activities. Do not assume that monthly means the same duration for every proposal or that an unused unit is automatically collected.
Keep a record of changes during the rental
Longer work can outlast the first schedule. Ask how extensions are requested, what billing period applies to the actual agreement and how collection is arranged. Do not assume a calendar month, automatic renewal or automatic pickup. If use rises, discuss the unit quantity and cleaning arrangement together rather than waiting for the next invoice.
Review when circumstances change
- A new crew, shift or public opening period starts.
- Access restrictions prevent the usual service visit.
- Work finishes early or the planned collection date needs to move.
Clarify the ongoing terms
Ask how the rental period, billing, cleaning, supplies and additional visits are described in the quote. Do not assume every provider uses the same monthly period or includes the same extras.
