Support renovation crews without using private space
At an occupied property, explain where contractors enter and which indoor bathrooms they may use. Discuss temporary toilets where workers can reach them without walking through rooms reserved for residents or guests. Include visiting trades when describing the busiest part of the working day.
Keep the property and project schedules aligned
Coordinate placement with the owner or manager as well as the contractor. Review washing and servicing for the expected crew, and describe hours when rental vehicles can enter. If the project grows or changes location, agree an adjustment rather than assuming the original order covers the new use.
Count the busiest working period, not just the main crew
A renovation can gain electrical, flooring and finishing teams at different stages. Explain the largest overlap of workers and which indoor facilities they may actually use. Keep the sanitation plan under review when the work area or attendance changes; adding trades without changing the rental dates can still change the facilities needed.
Information for a crew-based request
- Peak workforce and shift overlap, including subcontractors.
- Working areas, existing toilet access and washing needs.
- Project phases that affect placement, cleaning visits or collection.
Keep a usable position
Choose a firm location with a sensible route from the working area. Keep it out of material storage and active vehicle movement, while preserving access for the delivery and service team.
