A short occasion may need a wider access window
The facilities may be needed during preparation or while suppliers remove their equipment. Give the venue’s usable arrival and departure times, then ask the rental business to confirm an appropriate arrangement. The advertised event hours alone do not define a practical delivery schedule.
Keep the choice proportionate to the occasion
Describe guest expectations, washing and accessible needs before comparing equipment. Ask what transport, supplies and any service are included for the quoted period. Retain the accepted instructions with the person handling the venue handover so the final collection is as clear as the initial arrival.
Do not confuse event hours with rental access
A short gathering may have a wider setup and collection window. Give the rental contact both the times people need the facilities and the times vehicles can enter. Ask for a workable confirmed arrangement; a few hours of guest use does not imply same-day delivery and removal are automatically possible.
What the brief should settle
- Equipment-ready time, including organisers and early suppliers.
- Who receives equipment and approves the position.
- The final use time, property-clearance deadline and collection contact.
Choose without overcomplicating
Describe the number of people, existing toilets and any washing or accessibility needs. Compare suitable equipment based on the actual occasion rather than choosing only the smallest rental period.
