Use the county contact for Haverhill Park
Palm Beach County lists Haverhill Park on Belvedere Road with restroom facilities and a reservable group pavilion. For an activity there, use the park’s own rental process to confirm amenities and temporary equipment arrangements. The nearby town name alone does not identify who approves placement at a particular property.
Explain the gap the rental needs to fill
A temporary toilet may support an outdoor gathering or cover a period when a building’s bathrooms cannot be used. Describe the people affected and their hours on site. Compare washing separately from the toilet cabin, and make accessibility needs part of the first discussion rather than a later addition.
Leave room for service as well as users
Choose a proposed position with a practical route for people and an agreed approach for the service team. Tell us about gates, parked vehicles or work that could change that route. Confirm the planned visits and final removal so access is not lost before the rental is finished.
